Why should we have to go to the trouble of downloading a special and unwanted app to clutter up our phones and then have to jump through hoops so that we can have the pleasure of paying Essex CCC some money?! We are their customers, not their office IT helpers. Online ticketing is simple: you supply the customer with a PDF containing a QR- or bar-code. It works just fine, no app required. Please scrap this unnecessary app and join the rest of the world in how they do online ticketing Essex.

I don't think you can give zero stars. Hopeless. Just sits on the landing page - no menu, nowhere to register, utterly useless. Another innovation that makes life harder, slower and more hassle.
