je paye alors que je n'ai aucun compte à résilier En janvier 2025 j'avais pris l'offre à 1.99€/mois pendant 1 an. a la fin de l'année je me suis mise a payer automatiquement 6.99€ (jusque là normal) sauf que depuis quelques mois je n'ai plus accès à l'interface, quand je me connecte avec ma tablette on me met sur l'espace de mon compte avec écrit "sans abonnement" or je continue de payer tous les mois. que faire, les CGU disent que le supprimer ne résilie pas l'abonnement donc les facturations

App refuses to open to check if a show is avaliable in your region. So many shows claim to be on Disney+, but after paying they are not available. Is it legal to force customers to pay before allowing them to know what they are paying for?

Paying a monthly fee and getting adverts as well?
Treating customers like wallets is not the way. Better to subscribe a month at a time and rotate streaming services when they’re all getting so irritatingly greedy. So much for the magic of Disney.

Don’t bother if you travel
Seems you can’t use in your motorhome anymore travelling, had to phone them everyday to reset household allowance, they don’t seem to understand it’s a mobile unit . Got a really upset disabled son who can’t watch his shows cos they keep locking us out !!! Very disappointing greedy Disney very greedy

The app is great. Wonderful variety and I can always find something to watch. The reason it’s not got 5 stars is the fact that they are withholding the release of the full season of Rivals just to try and keep you subscribed. It’s a streaming service after all. We should be able to stream it all and binge watch it if we want.
