Design Space: DIY with Cricut

super bad glitch at the moment that makes all of my files cut and prints when I'm specifically making them silhouettes. there should only be cuts, no matter what I do it will not save it as a silhouette. i have to manually go in and change the operation to basic cut. this sets me back by HOURS because when a print to cut is saved it does not retain the size it was saved as and it chooses what size to make it, so now when work on my projects I have to manually change things to make sure it works

Initial experience is rather poor, some elements of the UI are cut off, the items keep getting deselected when I try to move the screen and navigate it. There are sure good elements to it but these basics are making the experience poor from the start. I came back to lower it to 1 star, the inability to normally "cut" grouped designs and the horrendous controls are just too much.

Overcomplicated, restrictive, and pushes subscriptions If you want a simple setup to print images and cut them, this software makes it painfully difficult. Custom images must upload through Cricut’s cloud instead of processing locally. Basic features like sticker outlines are locked behind paid Cricut Access subscriptions unless you use clunky workarounds. Sizing settings are hidden, unintuitive, and constantly reset. You’re forced through their system for every basic task.

there is no creativity anymore you either use their pictures or nothing. it's so frustrating this app used to be so amazing and I loved customizing gifts for loved ones now it's just a huge headache and not worth the time

I have tried and tried with this app to upload my design and cut it but it just doesn't work. it keeps saying "image not uploaded, check Internet connection" but I am connected. I have restarted my phone, I have updated the app, I have cleared the cache, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, I have reset my Internet, and I've tried connecting to different Internets and it still won't work. Anyone have any advice?
