I am unable to sign up on the new app. Apparently my account number which you sent me again is wrong. why mend what's not broken.

set up a direct debit but never took it before it was argos pay I had till 3rd now im late because payment didn't from direct debit messed up. bring back the old app.

Awful app

Be ok if it works. Received my email entered in account number and number it says to enter but each time I copy and paste or type in the number YOU send me get told wrong number! How can it be wrong when you have sent it to me!!! My account is now blocked, I don’t have time to call and be hold for hours on end. Now you constantly emulating me to tell me to register!! How can I register when my account is blocked

If you change your phone, you have to start again with all the process

Like many of us, I changed my phone and the app said that my details are wrong. After multiple calls with Newday, still not able to log into the app. How on earth will I be able to make a payment and how likely I will be to buy something from Argos using that card. The app should be easy to use if they want to make money, like most of the similar apps or the older Argos app.

Missing Payment

The worst invention there can ever be. I paid on time but got flagged for missing payment. After talking with customer support for hours, providing proof and reporting the issue; there is no trace of my money. What kind of transition is this from my Argos card? How is it the customer’s fault when the company decides to change the payment services. Why is there no team looking at escalations? New Day and Argos Pay is a SCAM.
