terrible customer service

awful when there’s an issue, which there quite commonly is with inpost parcels. terrible delays, will have you guessing right until the last minute if your parcel will arrive or not. use evri, only had 1 issue and they resolved it swiftly.

Just one niggle

Mostly excellent. Love the touch free locker opening. But, Notifications alerts won’t clear. Every time I get a new notification the counter counts all previous notifications. So instead of 1 new notification it says 76+ but there’s no way to delete historic notifications as the related item is deleted. A minor issue but frustrating.

Lockers useless

Lockers constantly full no option to redirect - customer service sending standard reply templates rather than actually trying to assist. Will stop being so tight and spent the extra 70p to get it delivered.
