Useless - Yodel was a great service, since changing to InPost, the app can't find my tracking number and it still hasn't been delivered. which appears to have been received by Yodel a week ago!

Tried using this app but it wouldn't except my mobile number,I tried several times but it kept saying,Invalid number for UK or something like that,Which is funny because it is a valid UK number,Iv been using it for 9 years 😄 Oh well,

Put in tracking number, several times, and same message. ' We couldn't find your tracking number'. Useless when YOU email me the tracking number, and the tracking is working properly with the same tracking number, on the Yodel App.

Got this app to monitor a return, as suggested by the email after dropping off at the closest locker. Website shows me everything, this app doesn’t even work properly. Complete trash, won’t save address, won’t save local locker and doesn’t even recognise the tracking number given by the locker itself. Sack your devs and spend that money on the website as it works far better than this waste of time. Absolutely pointless

I’m at a locker that says there’s space….

….and no, it’s full. After driving 20 minutes to get here. The app has one job to do. One job…..and it does that terribly. You’d think that when it says it’s hot space it would have. Essentially, don’t trust it,

Good app, poor handling of lost parcels.

Inpost lost my parcel and didn’t make any effort to find, even after I told them that I would only wait some hours to begin making complains. And it’s not the first time a parcel of mine disappears on the facility where that one is lost, but Yodel company a really made an effort to find it and achieve it, I got to recover all the parcels. Not with Inpost, they simply don’t care. And this was a present that I told my grandson I was taking with me and but I am leaving tomorrow without the parcel. And I didn’t had at least an apology from the company. I think this is totally disrespectful and of course I will do a complain in all the official offices I know.
