This serves no relevance to EmuFiles, it sounds like you either uninstalled the default file manager of your Tecno phone or your phones manufacturer didn't include it. If you read the description before buying you would know this is required before using Emu Files.

Maybe contact Google Play then instead of writing a 1 star review? According to what I can see you have a phone that is compatible so it's not my fault you can't download it.

Thank you I'm glad you understand now! You're absolutely correct, as the description says this tool was made to keep you navigate to your Androids default file manager easily. This way you can access everything from within your shared storage, which most devices don't easily have access to.
