UPDATE 4/21/26 Still no help! Now I can't see tasks or wallet. I have the screenshots. My Ytube review is soon! UPDATE 4/11/26 I have an issue with Tetris block party, and I have reported the issue over two weeks ago. I have sent in screenshots and screen recordings. I haven't received any help. I would be further in the game but I didn't play for a week due to the issue. My goals show that I need to complete episode 70. I am on episode 76, and my $20 reward hasn't been added to my wallet. Help!

Seems payout min. went from 70 to 35.Make sure phone is charged and internet on before completing tasks or you'll likely lose a goal. Write down the date you start each app because there will be no notification or anything when you're no longer earning money. I did not appreciate the response when i made a suggestion to improve upon this was not addressed and thrown back like it was solely user error and not a decision that relies on forgetfulness. Avoid having to deal with customer service.
