Description

With DB Call a Bike, you can get around spontaneously and flexibly, 24 hours a day. You can rent a bicycle at any time and anywhere in Germany at affordable rates.
Our bikes are often located near train stations, for example in Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Cologne, and Munich. With just one app, you can use Call a Bike, as well as StadtRAD Hamburg and Lüneburg, and RegioRadStuttgart. Rent up to four bikes at once with a single account.
Find your bike on the interactive map, rent it via QR code, and pause your ride or end it at a Call a Bike station.
The app lets you see all available bikes and stations at any time, and always keeps your bookings and costs clearly visible.

Hallo Ofelas Andre, vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Tut uns leid, dass du ein Problem mit einem unserer Fahrräder hattest. Einen Schaden am Rad kannst du über die App > Hilfe > Schaden am Rad melden. Notiere die Radnummer und schicke uns gerne deinen Standort mit. So können wir zügig den Schaden beheben. Viele Grüße, dein Call a Bike-Team

I couldn't even register with this useless app because it wants to verify you (why???) but fails to send the verification link, and then doesn't provide any resend or send to different contact options and arrogantly suggests you have made the mistake and should try re-registering. Sorry, I've already done that 4 times. Uninstall!

Please also check your text message spam folder. Sometimes the verification code does not arrive. In this case, we will get in touch with you via another contact method.

Couldn't verify account, didn't get code.Tried twice. Had to enter a lot of information just to get to that stage. Not sure why they couldn't use email. My worst bike rental app experience so far out of a sample of 20 or so. Disappoint and reflects poorly on Berlin.
