today is the last day I do business with what not. I've had several issues from not getting what I paid for, another shipment were not the items I bought, I and recently I bought 2 pairs of shoes that they say were delivered but we're not and they issued a refund, and yesterday I was expecting a package, and again it says delivered and it wasn't, and offers notta with issue, and says oh well,5mins before that I purchased several items they won't let me cancel even tho they know I wont get them

Missing goods

Parcel went to wrong address and I’ve been refused a refund. Can’t get hold of anyone to sort this out. It’s over £60 that i have lost. Not happy

Shipping overcharges

I have been using this app for over two years now. I am used to shipping costs and understand how bundling works, I went into a new user stream and was charged shipping six times this was over £16, this was on Childrens clothing. The two parcels arrived and neither of them weigh over 2 kg and was sent via Royal mail. Whatnot would only refund £1.74 and our back-and-forth with me refusing to fix their shipping issue. I have bought lots boxes of items from sellers especially over Christmas (large toys) and never had this problem. Ive had this problem twice with shipping before, but what not usually refunds as they can see the problem this time they are refusing. Warning to users if shipping is repeatedly charged, do not buy any more sellers will, tell you what will refund. **response to their generic response. I am fully aware of shipping costs. Read my post again you can never make those costs make sense. Hence why I received more of a refund but only after fighting the discussion with support staff.

I wrote a review about buying fake goods. I just want to mention that the seller of these items has come back to me and given me the options to return them which I must highlight. It’s nice of the company to offer this so thumbs up to CD Stores all other stores do is give a horrid reply and then block people. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Never again

Do not recommend - as soon you will have issues with seller whatnot will side with seller. I placed order what should be with me in 2 days turned out to be 18days. Paid for 3 deliveries but whatnot decided that it doesn’t matter and gave seller one shipping label and now royal mail refuses to take it as it’s too heavy . I have requested refund and contacted customer service but they ignore me same as seller ignoring me so I’m without any updates without money and my order . Complete rubbish site with no help when needed
