been a vanquis customer a long time. opened app today to find it changed and have to re-install it, but this is impossible. Asks for a verification code, you put it in and it rejects it everything, it is useless.

Requiring a selfie to use the application, whilst disabling any other means of online payment is despicable. No-one should ever provide that level of intrusive private data to some unknown data hosting entity, likely based in the US. I certainly never will. Back to telephone banking, or simply no more payments to Vanquis. And no, I don't care about my credit rating, lol.
