Unacceptable that Ryanair forces customers to install the app just to access the boarding pass. Not everyone wants to install yet another app for a single flight. There should be a simple option to download the boarding pass via email or website. This feels more like forcing users into your ecosystem than offering convenience. Please respect customer choice and provide basic web functionality without requiring the app.

The 'Order to Seat' feature allows orders to be made and then promises delivery when there is no food actually available on the flight. This is unprofessional. The app does not provide essential information such as gate closing time and gate number.

I don't really rate anything, but this app right here is one the most useless ones I've ever had the misfortune to use! It glitches like hell, which triggers some sort of security system. So now you have to complete a verification process. Cool, I'll comply! Guess what? If you use the app, you're stuck in a loop, and you can't bc, omg, you're not using Chrome, and also, the app works better during the day? What's the point of an app if it has working hours and so many intricate requirements?
