terrible app and terrible service. The product has been useless for ages and all I see are apologises, but never any solutions. If you know the product is garbage and it remains unusable then compensate your customers. They shouldn't have to chase you to get their money back and especially when your app never worked to begin with.

What happened to the app? At least let us know when you decide to scrap the app and developa new one. And the new app also doesnt work.

Hi Aayush, sorry the transition wasn't communicated clearly. We've launched a new Android NordLocker app (v4.0.0) with performance and sharing improvements. To access it, first upgrade your account via old app v3.39.0 or cloud.nordlocker.com. If the new app still doesn't work after upgrading, email support@nordlocker.com for us to investigate. E.M.
