App is OK but picture in picture mode still doesn't work

I Left feedback on 23/05/2026 about an issue with the app, and they fixed it! I noticed it was fixed on 08/06/2026. Not giving full 5 stars as sometimes the next programme on the live channel doesn't show. Apart from that fairly decent app! Amazing for those without a TV.

Casting freezes trying to cast through the app to the TV. ITVX don't make their TV app compatible with my Sony Bravia TV. STV (Scottish itv) app on my TV works fine but unfortunately even though people in Scotland can play catchup its programmes I'm in England and can't because it says I have to use itvX in my postcode. So I can't catchup and watch ITV programmes on my TV. IF I was in Scotland I'd be fine. Sorry are we the United Kingdom or what? Or sort out your compatibility. RUBBISH.
