Edited review: Support got back to me but it wasn't a very smooth process, I wish they'd be more communicative. Otherwise, very fun game. Previous review: Support has left me on read for over a week and I have no idea if they even forwarded my request to the devs or not. No other way to reach support and I can't refresh the chat to get another agent.

Terrible Customer Service

Took weeks to get a reply to my account disappearing. Eventually, they discovered my account, but didn’t include the 10,000 plus coins and numerous items that I had accumulated over several years and to no little expense. Obviously, I enjoyed the game, but can’t help feeling ripped off. Will look elsewhere for something else. And hopefully a place that appreciates its customers. Very disappointed.
