Goal not achievable and app support not available for iPad

I have been playing this lovely game for weeks and steadily completing goals ( and powering up ) but have hit a wall. The Laser Lifestyle goal ( to upgrade laser to level 4 ) is unachievable , due to laser not being available at all !! This means I can’t unlock the piñata . I didn’t want to leave a poor review , because it’s the only bug I’ve found so far , but there is also a crummy issue on the Bandai Namco app support page. You’re required to add the platform you’re playing on , and guess what ?? iPad / iPhone is not available as an option, so i can’t even submit a support request to Bandai/ Namco ( pc, switch , PlayStation are the only options ) . I like my Apple Arcade subscription but this has really cheesed me off today , having spent weeks playing the game . I want the piñata !! please can you advise whether I’m mistaken about the laser option ( or, if as google indicates, it was a time limited in app purchase , and is therefore not available at all , given Apple Arcade doesn’t have in app purchases ). Whatever I’m disappointed and putting this up as a review so hopefully the programmers can fix it . Thanks .

Unfair goals

It’s been a good game but I’ve now reached the limits of how much I can progress, as some of the later goals seem unfairly hard. Killing 55 (or even 20) ghosts with lasers in one game is way out of reach for me, and they’re goals that I need to progress. Oh well.

This game is really fun when your waiting for something like a taxi or your friend to come round, you name it! This is a really fun game overall so give it a try!
