Have tested it now for sometime, probably the worst navigation app so far, the way it calculates roads , just don't make any sense, Totally unreliable ! Yes i would if it was only one route but it calculates like this most of the time on routes that I know, even if it's set to fastest route, it directs me to small farm roads from highway! And I know the highway is much faster. Well its hard to specify, because it for some reason avoids the faster highways and choose smal roads, unacceptable !

bloody awful, can't find half of the postcodes, have to look up addresses from Google maps, then search address in tom tom, hate it, and unfortunately I did a years subscription

Works OK but trying to PLAN a travel Route is impossible.

eircodes are irelands answer to post codes but better. they are a unique to every property. they are an alpha numeric code in use here in ireland for years in place of addresses. Google maps recognises all of them. on a related note G maps is not recognising the app and can't share locations without having to manually input gps coordinates. ye should be updating from the eircode website automatically. the only reason I'm using this is because of Bridge Heights and eircodes accuracy is no 1

My favourite app but something has gone wrobg

I've been using TomTom for over 10 years and have generally found it reliable and accurate, with only a few significant errors over that time. However, in the past 3-4 weeks, I've noticed serious issues, such as roads being incorrectly shown as closed and inaccurate speed limit displays. For example, on a dual carriageway where the speed limit is consistently 70 mph, TomTom sometimes randomly shows 30 or 20 mph and alerts me for speeding, which is incorrect. I tried reporting these problems via customer service, but they won't let me report systemic errors. Instead, I must list each problem individually, and I've identified dozens of these errors—these are just the ones I've noticed. While mistakes happen, the limited reporting process makes it difficult to provide useful feedback. I'm currently using alternative navigation tools but plan to return to TomTom once these issues are addressed. I am a full TomTom GO expert truck subscriber.

auto logout every few days

whenever i open the app, it shows logged out and have to go through a very unfriendly login process. regret to paid for a whole year

Perfect but

Amazing app for hgv drivers traffic, and low bridges are spot on, just wish i could get it on my iPad, please get it on the iPads so it can be on a big screen 😁
