Your Nectar prices feel like a scam

i’ve just unlocked all my nectar prices on the app before heading to the shop. got all the covered products and once i’m at checkout, scan my nectar card and no update to the final price. i’m sure there’s a reason for it but i can’t be bothered to read through pages of T&Cs on something that should be this straightforward

Why does the app log you out when it’s updated? Banking apps don’t do this! So why do you? Or is this a way of reducing customers from collecting points. As they get fed up of keep having to remember their password to log back in

The app displays a white screen then it crashes. Fix it please.

Unfriendly

This is the most unfriendly and complicated card/app Ok it works in Sainsbury’s. Try and scan your nectar at Esso, and you have to change to the app which can be complicated to open. Trying to link Argos to my nectar was a challenge, with every obstacle in the way.
