I was invited to obtain this via the natwest app. I tried to register but my account was not recognised. On phoning, I was then advised that I had to apply for a new bank account. All very misleading and a waste of everyone's time.

Stupid design hides Android buttons, so cannot exit the app.

Worked well until I tried to add my new phone for the mobile phone insurance. My phone is not listed in the drop down menu

the app is just the website but slower. browsing through the app is laggy and unresponsive. not great for a premier offering :(
