Projected pension pot

The app doesn’t show what my projected pension pot is. It says “we can’t show your estimate at the moment, please try again. Have been trying for over a year now. Tried to uninstall, reinstall update etc even tried to log in through the website but still nothing. Don’t know if this is an issue with everyone but it is quite frustrating when trying to check my pension projection. Or do I just have to wait for a yearly statement?

I HATE that the app includes the state pension in its retirement calculation. You shouldn't need to do a calculation to undo needless information

SW’s app and website are easily the worst financial sites I have ever encountered. It’s incredibly difficult to compare investment options or get even basic account information beyond just a balance.

SAME PROBLEM AFTER LATEST UPDATE asks for a pin to be setup which i do not use as i have other security therefore no use to me as i cant open it having to use online web version instead so useless No other app I have has this restriction

If you wanted to change your investments it is very very difficult to change them. Many fund sub sectors are completely unavailable
