Works only 2-5% of the time during weekdays in morning hours only then it stops working almost entirely at night when needed most and on weekends almost completely capturing nothing as of late and I see so much going on in my residence with my own eyes. I can't view live anymore at all the last few months and pay 100$ for the year for a camera service that doesn't work. I'm going to have to replace this and I've only had it less than 1 year. horrible service.

works well on ios and android phone but unfortunatly this app keeps crashing on my laptop so you wouldnt be able to use on chromebook

Device keeps saying offline
I have tried to report my problem via the app, had no response or success, I have had the camera for nearly 12 months, plenty of problems like it will automatically switch functions off in the camera app, then for the past 2 days it’s just says it’s offline, with no way of rebooting it in the app like most cctv cameras you can reboot,I am really getting frustrated with this app, it cost me £45 every year and for what!!!

Started off well
I have had the seeing app and camera for about a year, but the last few months it’s been useless. There are no recordings, and it’s not picking up any movement when I test it. I have tried several resets but the app either keeps logging out, or just not Rex any events. Not worth it. I won’t be renewing when the subscription runs out. Now I need to invest in a more reliable camera and app.
