Bookmarks?

I love Audible, I listen every night to get me off to sleep. There is such a huge range of books to choose from and the narrators are generally excellent, with only rare exceptions. My one gripe is the lack of being able to save your place accurately in a book. Surely a bookmark is just about the most fundamental thing when you are reading a book? And yet it does not exist in this app for books - only for podcasts?! It used to be there, and worked just fine, then it was taken away and replaced with clips instead. I do not want to save clips of the book I am reading; I just want a simple bookmark! Audible help pages say that a clip saves a bookmark too, but it does not save it accurately; it replays somewhere near the saved point, which is generally in the middle of a sentence. Please, please, please Audible - just give us back a simple bookmark for a book!

Horrific - on a parr with Steven kings horror stories

This book would have expressed the horror of slavery much better if it was written in an order that could be understood, and without the voodo type visitations from the murdered child. Do not read or listen if you are in a bad place or of a nervous disposition. It’s a horrible book

Utterly brilliant!

I have become a big Val McDermid fan over the last couple of years, starting with the Carol Jordan and Tony Hill, and venturing out from there. But this is my absolute fave. It brilliantly weaves together the political events of that momentous year with her usually rich characters and plots. It’s very much my era, which made all the cultural references part of the fun. A real masterpiece!

Needs an option to block authors

This needs an option to block authors from showing in the app. Since they added automatic previews into the app and they keep forcing transphobe’s books on people without consent we need a way to stop it or I’ll cancel my subscription.
