Compare prices with and without prime, I have noticed with prime the price increases, I stopped paying for it.

Do not make gift cards a default payment method. When you have a child who has their own gift card, and you aren't paying attention, it makes it VERY easy to use it accidentally becausev you have to navigate to a different setting to not use the gift card. Also, if you need you add to your order, do not default to the gift card. Anything gift card, should be a manual process to utilize.

We bought plates but it didn’t even come. The good thing is that when we asked for refund the people was very kind and spoke politely and said sorry. Then we got our refund.

Garbage customer support / Designed for customer to give up on contacting Customer Support
I have never seen such bad service ever before. Its entirely designed to make it as hard as possible for the customer to get in touch about refunds or returns (this is a fact, look it up). 7 times now i have tried getting a refund for an item i did not authorize, not only that i didnt even receive it as i dont live in the same address anymore. Support refuses to help, they say “we are escalating this issue, it takes 24h” every single time, instead of providing a follow up. No email ever after 24h. To this day. Ive been trying to get this sorted since mid March now. And now its not possible to contact anymore, its “error”. Im exhausted. I want my money for the product i did not order and never received.
