Biometric sign in doesn't work, I always need to provide email and password. Smart water meter usage info is completely useless. Most days show no usage, others show low amounts while some show extremely high amounts.

unable to use this as it will not accept my email address as valid. why can I not have a number in my domain name ?

useless app. can't even get past the login page. nothing happens

Useless, tried many times to register says email was incorrect which is rubbish then when I finally got to verify with a six figure code, when I enter it says wrong code at least 4 times I entered,I am not that stupid by entering the wrong codes I will try again when they get their act together. For weeks now I've been trying to set up an account and follow up all the process and still can't register. I have deleted the app and will not be reinstalling again until they get the app sorted.
