Do not bother with this app, won't even let me log in ... reminds me of Yodel and Hermes ... promised a lot, delivered nothing

If you've chosen delivery to a locker, then the service is very good, however if you've chosen a "favourite locker" (which any level-headed person would assume meant for locker deliveries), they also redirect home deliveries to the locker. Why on earth would anyone choose a locker over having the item delivered to their home? As a disabled person, suddenly having 2 home deliveries redirected to a further away locker is pretty s**t, to be perfectly honest.

able to open remotely is amazing however the only thing that lets it down is intermittent availability of lockers that show on the app

The functionality of remote unlocking and item retrieval from the locker via the application performed exceptionally well. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10.
