Did the respondent even bother to read my review? SOP reply. NO sincerity! Downloaded the app & submitted an application with Singpass, but the Singlife account is still not ready since 12/09/26. Keep seeing the application is pending & will notify when ready. 🥱 Wrote an email to its CS several times & provided the requested info, the application is still pending. I have to agree with some who left reviews earlier. The app does not seem to be of much use. The first impression is already bad.

Downloaded the app to see my policy details, but cannot figure out how to do that. Instead this app is filled with junk features: shopping, vouchers, connect some account to use useless AI coverage estimator. You had one job.
