I need an image cropping feature to adjust the images. Also, why does the image fail to display and only show a white screen when I use high-resolution images (like 4K)?

Need to configure it every time after restart no point of buying it. Now this template getting so many issues. Icons are broken, basic features are not working, music player is broken. No support from developer as the theme is paid there should be at least a support system.
