the app used to be ok, now even the most basically functions don't work as they should. the app doesn't analyse anything, it only measures. almost two weeks ago it got the first update in over a year, and instead of expanding the app, it broke super basic functions as showing the heart rate and HRV of the sleep. like this, the app lost all the functions that were to use for me. I cant recommend the ring and it is because of the app. it really is just like a beta app still.

very limited functionality. hrv monitoring keeps switching off in the app resulting in no measurement. sleep monitoring is inaccurate at best. no temperature measurement either (no sensor built in). no possibiloty to add or clarify a workout post-hock. overall i am very disappointed especially after 3 years of using a ring from competition. I hope the experience will soon improve. for now I do not recommend.
