Avoid BINBIN at All Costs! I had the worst imaginable experience with the BINBIN app. From the start, the app is riddled with bugs and crashes constantly, making renting a scooter a nightmare. The scooters themselves are in terrible condition, with batteries that drain quickly and brakes that don't work properly. A real public hazard! To top it off, customer service is non-existent. After reporting several issues, I never received a response ...
