Got an email saying both my maker and admin account will be tagged as inactive. I logged in the maker on the app and the admin on the site since admin cant be logged in on app. Lo and behold my maker was tagged inactive. It seems you need to login on the site as app login isnt counted! Pls fix! App login should be counted and qualified to prevent tagging as inactive!

The minimum should be android 5! You can only login as maker. You cant login as admin! You already chose to login via mpin or biometrics but it will still ask for otp! You can only transfer to enrolled accounts. New BOB site doesnt work on mobile browser. Admin logout is broken on new BOB site. When can you add Network Bank Corporate SA in this app? UB Negosyante is more user friendly and easier to use!

Unreliable app! It cannot save beneficiaries and cannot send payments on their own bank! Crashes and then you need to do OTP all over again!

99% cannot login, always "try another time" .. and in the 1% that you have successfully logged in, well you can't use the app for any banking purposes except to check your balance. What is the point of this useless app?
