Still the worst bank app I know 2 years after CITI sold its operation in Thailand to UOB and I got this app. Often unavailable to fix bugs but still bugged. Still doesn't recognize my face so I can't change settings or transfer money via the app and have to use the website. But the app often denies access to the website for no reasons. Have to try a lot of time to get something done on the the website via OTP. No money conversion online which is totally unconvenient for expats.
