Initially I had difficulty with the app as I couldnt log in and it wasnt accepting my password. The customer care was very helpful and fixed the issues (email was in my spam folder). The app itself is good. Easy to follow and the simulated routes feature was useful to watch as well

Thankyou, passed my test in Yonkers first time. Good customer service when I had an issue subscribing but fixed very quickly. Great value for helping to pass.

Hi, I did not receive any communication from you sorry. If you contact testroutesapp@gmail.com I'll investigate for you & solve the issue. The most likely reason is that you are logged in on a different Google account than the one the subscription is on.Alternatively it may just be a case of having to change test centre and back to help activate it

it won't even allow me to register! you fill in the fields, then hit register and nothing happens!!!
