I’m very disappointed with Kia Sri Lanka. I paid in advance on 28th June for the 2025 Sonet GT Line (P3) and sold my car expecting delivery. After a month of silence, I was told the variant won’t be produced. Now I’m forced to pay more, downgrade, or cancel. This is unfair. I’ve been without a vehicle and under stress. I hope Kia takes fair action and treats affected customers properly.
