For those with a Samsung Ultra 21 Phone, Samsung's latest update of Android 12 broke half of the bank apps in my phone. It is not the fault of BOC. Before Samsung fixes it, try another way of banking. Some of my other bank apps work well though. BOC developers should release a new version of the app ASAP!
