the app is good , compatible on my itel BudsAce New , you guys just have a skill issue or have zero knowledge of how to use this app, and note for itel, please make an tutorial maybe an video how to pair the TWS to the app because many people here is skill issue or just have a zero knowledge that their itel TWS is cant be paired cuz , not all itel TWS series is compatible with this app 🫩,and make a bad rates on this app sadly. the app is not working with the new itel budfit 5 I got. I was doing some research and it is apparent that itel either needs to revisit this app or do something about their products. Cos What the heck, the app is not working at all!!!

all your apps are not compatible with your devices, I got the Bud Fits 5 and since then I haven't been able to connect and turn off the disturbing Google Assistant Pop-up disrupting my gameplay. it took about 2/3 years to get my itel smartwatch to be able to read heart rate. fix your apps asap.
