Please speed up the data! GOMO is more expensive than SIMBA and StarHub, but it has recently become so slow I am considering whether to change telco again! It was never this slow, which was why I made the swap in the first place! WE NEED A RELIABLE SPEED, NOT MORE DATA CAP IN THE PLAN! WHAT'S THE USE OF MORE DATA WHEN IT'S TOO SLOW???

data reception going downhill, using since 2021. before update I could use data in the mrt on the way to work no issues,with the bad reception mainly occurring in evening peak hour. now I can barely access the internet during my morning trip. Furthermore I'm getting random data outages even when I'm not disconnected. and I'm not even watching movies whatsoever, just listening to music, even on Spotify, which doesn't take much data to do. already considering changing data providers.

5G, fastest ever, full island coverage. That's the claim. In reality, you can hardly connect to 4G, and 5G is pretty much non-existent. They even change your plan of their own accord and increases the price. "We have notified you", they argue. Well, they sure did not change and decrease the price of my previous plan and simply rename my plan to 5G Core+ back then. They don't care, and the local authority let this happen. It's a scam.
