Mala. Cobro de 20% por tasas y gastos de gestión pero las tasas no corresponden a ningún impuesto. Según ellos es "una tasa nominal de administración de reserva" es decir cobran 20% por hacer la reserva. Excesivo.

Aplicación lenta con muchos fallos, la comunicación con los huéspedes resulta siempre imposible... El chat de la aplicación prácticamente nunca funciona, siempre da error de conexión al servidor, eso sumado a que Agoda no permite compartir el número de teléfono ni el correo electrónico de los huéspedes hace que tratar con huéspedes provenientes de esta agencia sea un suplicio. Horrible servicio.
