It says installed, yet my watch never received watchface I purchases. It was only .99 cents, however, can you imagine. 99 cents x 100s of people who buy this. It makes me sad that this happens to good people. I feel scammed, embarrassed to ask for a refund.

Hi, the installation process isn't flawless all the time. This is not my fault, Google hasn't done a great job here.
