Customer service sucks. The app told me to contact CS about my login problem, so I did. Their genius solution? Try another Wi-Fi/4G/5G, reinstall the app, or use another device. I’d already tried the first two, so apparently I should just buy a new phone to use UOB? 😂 I also submitted the Troubleshooting Logs as instructed in app TWICE. And then? Complete silence. At this point, quitting UOB is clearly cheaper, easier, and far less frustrating than dealing with this joke of a service.

cái thông báo của app để cho có hay gì. giao dịch mà không có 1 cái thông báo nào. thanh toán hoá đơn điện, nước cũng không thanh toán được bằng thẻ tín dụng. quá kém.
