Bizvoice UC 2.0

Very very disappointed with the backend support team.I am running a heldesk department and all incoming call are so very important for my customer.Been days issue still not resolved.keep asking me for snapshot - details so on etc- why can just they simply remote in look and what i am looking and see live issue what we are facing. My upmost regret recommending my director to opt for Singtel bizvoice. Really spoilt my credibility on running my department.

Bizvoice is a major improvement over its predecessor, the now-discontinued OneNumber service. While the subscription cost is slightly higher, the enhanced features and overall performance make it a worthwhile upgrade and a much more robust solution for modern business needs.

My phone is not rooted. Singpass and bank apps worked fine. This app informed my phone is rooted and is not working fully

Connection and stability of calls are poor. Constantly need to repeat myself. This is regardless whether using wifi or personal data. Calls keeps breaking up
