If you want to frustrate yourself, go ahead and use this app. This app doesn't renew the data about the availability of books in the physical stores. And they're a big company! What an absolute joke. I saw another review from March 2025 that was already about the exact problem that i mentioned above. It's been a year. Still no actions taken, no response, no nothing. They don't care about their customers. This app is frankly pure trash.

the loading speed is too slow. and the app will close suddenly. it takes too long time to open the app to show the membership barcode in the store cashier.
