OK, die App kostet was, und eine reale Probierphase gibt es nicht, zumal man für den Test noch andere benötigt. Der erste Eindruck ist gut, aber es gibt ein paar Unklarheiten bei den Einstellungen, der Dokumentation und der Bedienung. - Nach längerer Zeit muss ich sagen, dass ich mit der App sehr zufrieden bin. vor allem Threema Web finde ich cool; den Desktop weniger, weil da lokal Daten gespeichert werden.

Threema hat letzte Woche seinen Dienst bei mir eingestellt. Ich habe alles versucht, vom Cache über Daten komplett löschen und schließlich deinstallieren. Dummerweise bricht eine Neuinstallation mit nichtssagender Meldung ab. Die APK funktioniert leider auch nicht. Android 17 Beta 6. Sonst bin ich natürlich hochzufrieden mit Threema, bin von Anfang an dabei.

Die App ist einfach zu bedienen und die Kommunikation sicher. Aber: Der Umzug auf ein neues Handy per Datenbackup ist Glücksache. Bei mir hatte der Umzug von Android auf Android erst nach dem 10.(!) Versuch geklappt. Die Fehlermeldung beim Abbruch ist leider überhaupt nicht hilfreich. Aus meiner Erfahrung: Auf genug freien Speicher achten und die Threema-App so einstellen, dass sie im Hintergrund den Akku uneingeschränkt nutzen kann.
