why fix what wasn't broken. the only change I see with the new "plus" app is now they force a OTP to login. at least they provide an easy way to save the pass to your wallet so you don't have to launch the app.

While it's strange that I had to download a new app rather than just update the existing one, it seems to work perfectly fine. Signed in with no problem. I like that it more clearly says how many guests I'm allowed for free since that info wasn't clearly available on the old app. Not sure why so many bad reviews.

Login method - broken. Transfer from old app - broken Additional functionality - zero. Disruption to paying customers - 1000. After wasting over an hour trying to get the app to work, customer service told me that I don't need to change to the new app, they just sent a generic message to every single priority pass account, even if your bank does not require you to move to the new app. Lazy, sloppy, typical Priority Pass behaviours. 0/10

get a message telling me to log into new app. app doesn't work. good job priority pass 👍🏻 may cancel my sub

does not work. Took 8hrs to get the ootp verification code. called the help line and the first thing they ask for is your card #, which the recording tells you not to give out. help line switched my email to login and after reassuring me it wouldn't be a problem to change my email to the same pne daughter uses, I was still unable to login to my account as I was logged into my daughter's instead.
