You decide whether all activity counts toward your target or workouts only, and how much of it to add.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

Intake works offline and keeps your food diary on your device. There is no account to create and no server holding your data. Backup to your own Google Drive is optional and encrypted with a passphrase only you know. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers.
