Beschreibung

Say goodbye to paper slips and emails. Arbor lets you book parent/guardian consultation slots, register your child for a club or trip, and manage payments all from one place. You can also use it to check in on your child's attendance, behavior & academic progress.

Arbor is only for parents at schools using Arbor Management Information System (MIS). If you're not sure whether this applies to you, we recommend contacting your school office.

Use Arbor to:
- Take a look at your child's key attendance information, including their average attendance for the year so far
- Edit contact details for your child such as your home address or phone number
- Register your child for an after-school club
- Register your child for an upcoming school trip
- Take a look at your child's behavior information, including positive & negative behavior points awarded this year
- Manage your child's payment accounts and pay for meals or trips directly
- Track your child's academic progress, including the targets they're working towards this year
- Download report cards
- Book slots at parent/guardian consultations
- See your child's timetable
- Add new medical information about your child
- Check upcoming homework assignments

Agree with what most people have said about this app. In addition, it doesn't allow you to open or download documents that teachers have uploaded if you're accessing it on your phone. It also doesn't allow you to copy text (such as where the assignments are written) which surely is a basic function. It's also obvious they have no interest in improving the app.

Poorly designed user experience. Very long winded to make even the most basic bookings. Top up system of payments also basically doubles how long everything takes as you need to go through the booking process to find out the amount to top up and then have to cancel to top up before going through the whole process again.

It works better than ParentMail, in that it just _emails_ you. However the rest of the interface is absolutely useless, e.g: Why is the opening screen "select school"? Is it really so frequent that parents will be using this for two separate schools? Why is every club/meal booking screen not just a calendar view, with the choices on the days they refer to, instead of the _day you paid for them_‽ 2026 update: also makes you change password at fixed intervals, which encourages bad passwords.
