Meter payment works well, but the user interface to navigate to available metres is terrible and laggy. Why does it show a total number and then when you zoom in, it loses the individual meter status and vice versa. it's not safe to operate when driving that you keep on having to zoom in and out, and then ensure that your car is in the middle of the screen. It's really poor that the design has not changed in over 3 years.

randomly logs you out even if you select *keep me logged in* the interface is slow so when trying to make a payment, between the app and the meter itself there's sufficient lag.

There is a nice function of extending parking time remotely from this app. However, the notification to remind user time expiry is absolutely short and unreasonable. The app states in the pay page that it will notify the user 5 minutes before expiry. From my long term experience, in fact, it notifies me in 2 minutes. I suffered many times from the short notice, and i wonder it is solely the reason of bug or intend to do so. I hope this app can be corrected to 5 minutes notification at soonest.
