(bearbeitet) App ist auf gehärteten Androids nicht mehr installierbar. Das letzte Main Release ließ sich mit ein paar Tricks noch installieren, das ist jedoch inzwischen Geschichte. Es wäre sowieso Zeit für nichtamerikanische Alternativen. Nachtrag 03.06.2026: Installation ist möglich, Registrierung einer Telefonnummer jedoch nach wie vor nicht. Google und Meta erzählen irgendwas von Sicherheit und Datenschutz. Google! Geht klar. Nach dem US-amerikanischen Cloud Act ist Datenschutz eh ein Witz.

Seit dem Update vom 22.05.2026 funktionieren Anrufe nicht mehr. Ich höre die Gegenseite nicht, sie hört mich aber. Sprachnachrichten, Telegram und normale Telefonie funktionieren einwandfrei – das Problem liegt eindeutig am Update. Ich nutze WhatsApp Business geschäftlich als Kosmetikerin und verliere dadurch täglich Kundenanfragen. Neuinstallation, Cache leeren, alle Berechtigungen geprüft – nichts hilft. Der In-App-Support verweist nur auf einen KI-Bot, der im Kreis dreht. Bitte dringend fixen

Nach dem Update nur noch 1 Stern. Bitte versetzt die Eingabeleiste wieder in den alten Zustand. Jedes Mal, wenn ich einen Chat öffne, komme ich auf die Büroklammer, es nervt.

Only a Nightmare

Only a Nightmare WhatsApp Business is honestly nothing but a nightmare to work with. The app crashes constantly, functions poorly, and creates endless problems for businesses trying to communicate with customers. One of the worst issues is that WhatsApp unnecessarily blocks customers or business accounts without clear reasons or proper explanations. Then, suddenly, they reactivate the account without any apology, message, or transparency about what happened in the first place. This creates massive stress and uncertainty for businesses that depend on communication with their clients. Customer support is among the worst I have experienced. There is little to no real help, no clear answers, and no accountability when serious problems occur. For a platform that many businesses rely on every single day, this level of unreliability is unacceptable. Running a business is already challenging enough without constantly worrying whether WhatsApp will stop working, crash, block accounts, or create new technical problems for no reason. Unfortunately, using WhatsApp Business feels more like fighting against the system than actually using a professional communication tool. A truly frustrating and disappointing experience.

Eine richtig gute App

Eine sehr gute App. Bin sehr zufrieden. Allerdings wäre es gut, wenn man auch bei WhatsApp Business die community Funktion einführen würde. Das wäre sehr hilfreich ansonsten spitze App
