I am getting automatically signed out of the app, every time I go back and forth between other apps. And now this SOL password business is wasting my time. Every once in a while I have to do this identity verification business where they send a code adn I type it up and then make a new SOL password. It's really a drag.

Literally the most inconvenient banking app ever! Way too many errors and mobile deposit is virtually impossible so you always have to visit a branch. Can't believe banks like this exist. Will eventually have my company switch banks.

Non-functional! Waisting time! App is 100% useless! Shin Han Bank doesn't care! I can't even deposit check over the phone now.(3/11/24) Getting worse every day! 앱을 쓰라고 만들어 놓은 건지 형식상 만들어 놓은건지... 제대로 작동도 안 하는 걸 왜 올려놓은 건지... 첵 디파짓 하나 제대로 못 하는 앱도 앱이라고 만들어 놓은건지...그냥 닫아요.
