this mobile app does not work for mobile devices. after successfully authenticating and using the MFA code that was sent, the application loads and then says that I'm using this on a mobile device and mobile devices are not supported. what's the point of having a mobile app for a mobile device that you can't use on mobile devices? I still have to go use my PC to go look at my support case because I can't use my cell phone with this application. Will reinstall when it's usable

If you tried to install this because the SN Support site told you to do so, guess what? This app will redirect you to the site and you can be told the same thing! It's embarrassing that ServiceNow has put so little effort into supporting their customers.

Terrible. Can't log in to a mobile app on mobile. Makes no sense. For a fortune 500 company not being able to check support on mobile, and the mobile app being a headache is bad.

can't login. It keeps stating you can't login using a mobile device.

Can't get it to work. Keeps saying signing in then taking me to a page that says "looks like you're on a mobile device... Now support is not available on a mobile device" then it redirects me to the app store and round and round I went. Tried resetting it a few times then gave up and found a laptop. It's clearly running within your default browser (in my case Chrome) and getting itself confused.
