v8.1.3

Terrible App - Frequent freezes, won't show race course properly and will not let user enter participant's name for tracking. Prior versions were fine, this iteration is not. Tried on several devices with the same results. Reinstalling & clearing both cache and data did not help. Ultimately was able to track on IOS version.
