I had trouble retrieving my two tickets from the CPL Wallet for the TKR game on September 24th, resulting in a loss of USD 180. Unfortunately, I found the CPL support staff to be unhelpful and quite rude about refunds. I would recommend purchasing tickets directly from the box office instead
